  • Rolling out a New MECSC Networking Event Brand – Springboard Networking Event! We are incredibly pleased to announce that as part of the MECSC rebranding strategy, our networking event has now officially changed from Next Generation to Spring Board Networking Event. The new identity ensures satisfying all the existing expectations of what our original mark stands for while simultaneously moving the brand forward. The Next Generation event held in Muscat on Monday, 19th March 2018 had a turnup of more than 90 professionals from the retail and shopping mall sector in Oman. This year’s event focused on celebrating Omanis who turned Retail into a Career and Omanis who started in retail entry-level jobs and worked their way up to management positions. During the event, Maimunah Shebani, Managing Director of the Retail Agency gave the welcoming speech and David Macadam spoke about the booming retail sector in Oman. KFC brings shrimp to Middle East via 'Captain' Sanders


In the Middle East, KFC's famous colonel became "captain" for the day to introduce a seafood offering to customers there.
